Ultimate Frisbee
Scoring
Ultimate is a non-contact disc sport played by two teams of seven players. The object of the game is to score goals by catching the disc in the end zone.
Rules
A player may not run while holding the disc, which is advanced by passing it to other players. Anytime a pass is incomplete, the disc is turned over to the opposing team.
Spirit
Players are empowered to self-officiate using a framework governed by the principles of the Spirit of the Game.
